Booking
By appointment only.
All services require a card on file to reserve your booking but will only be charged in the event of a last minute cancellation/reschedule, and no shows.
Before Your Appointment
Please review pre-care & aftercare and ensure there are no contraindications restricting you from receiving a service.
If you are a new client or haven't returned within 6 months, please click here to fill out your NEW CLIENT CONSENT FORM at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
***Returning Clients: Please notify me of any changes to your demographics, medical, and skin history prior to beginning your service.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you please provide at least a 24 hour notice to avoid any fees/charges (based on services booked).
Last minute cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.
Last minute rescheduling will result in a 50% charge which will act as a deposit to secure your new appointment IF it is re-booked before the end of day. Failure to re-book before the end of day will be treated as a cancellation. Deposit will only be applied towards one rescheduled appointment.
Failure to show to your appointment without notification will result in a 100% charge.
Late
Please let me know ASAP (text preferred) if you are running behind. There will be a 5-minute grace period. If you exceed the allotted grace period and I am unable to accommodate you without affecting upcoming appointments, you will be asked to reschedule via online booking. I will always try my best to accommodate you but late appointments cannot be guaranteed outside of your scheduled time.
Safety and Sanitation
Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to me. To keep you, other clients, myself, and our families safe please let me know ASAP if you or anyone in your household is not feeling well, is experiencing any flu-like symptoms, have been exposed to COVID or in quarantine so we can reschedule you. All furniture, tools, and products are properly disposed of, cleaned, sanitized, and/or disinfected after each client.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and cash (no change on hand).Â
Please note that all transactions will include HI state tax charge and all card transactions will include a 3% processing fee.
I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY FORMS OF PAYMENT VIA VENMO, CASH APP, PAYPAL, APPLE PAY, etc.
Parking
Parking is free and you may park in any unmarked stall.

PIHABAEHI is located on the 2nd floor above Metro Pre-School and is only accessible by stairs (please use the mauka stairs closer to Kalani St)
I will meet you at the door at the top of the stairs as a code is needed to enter.
